Within first few hours? Means no chance if swipe on Monday itself?
Anyone received the cashback?
*
it's only a guess. the campaign is until 4th June. UOB will only be giving out the cash back 6 weeks after the campaign. So i will report here in July if i get it. biggrin.gif

Would like to check on statement balance. I've UOB ONE and YOLO card. My current statement shown ONE card with DR balance of RM400, YOLO is having CR balance of RM500, but, how come my current statement payable amount is RM400 (DR) and not consolidated amountof RM100 (CR)? As normally UOB will consolidated all card balance into 1 payable amount. Any sifu here experience before?
*
Interesting. In fact I did have a similar experience in my Jan statement, my yolo and lady's card.

Yes, in the statement, the total balance due is still RM400 (DR amount). So what i did was i called uob, transferred the credit amount from my lady's card to my yolo card.

What happen if I didnt get the approval but I already spent the money? Does it mean I have to payback the full amount?
*
If you dont pay back full amount, it means uob will charge you interest at 18% p.a.

If you get epp, it's about instalment at lower interest. If you don't get epp and dobt pay full amount, means in a way is instalment at higher interest. Dont do instalment, no interest except for those 0% ones.

Other options, opt for balance transfer.

Hi just to update, I received 10% Cash back while spend on Cotton On during weekend. Anyone have a list of Fashion retail under Lady's Card Fashion Ten?
*
Actually, if people do start reporting, i don't mind keeping track of the list. just that really not much feedback, even in previous thread. the MCC list is a good enough guide.

hey guys, is it really the preffered platinum offers 10% cash back (ringgitplus)?
but from uob website no cashback shown.

*
Someone asked the same question previously. Ignore whatever that is on ringgitplus. i suspect the 10% refers to the smart$ rebate from gsc.

I made a payment on 29 Apr using YOLO.(Digi online)
But I found out that the posting date was on 1st May.(check in UOB online)
Will the payment be included for April spending or May spending?

Thanks
*
QUOTE(fruitie @ May 14 2017, 05:40 AM)
Supposedly following transaction date but there were reports before which this kind of transaction is posted in following month's cash back. So, you have to call CS to file a dispute if you want to be posted in April but it's not included.
*
For march cash back, one of the regulars reported that it follows transaction date (month). I had a similar transaction for april, will report back if any changes.

But fruitie has been using since vox days. Longer observation period smile.gif

Oh well, no point speculating about the annual fee waiver. When they put subject to approval for yolo, it goes back to square one whether you swipe once per month or not.

We shallcan quietly wait for the first batch of yolo ppl to report back when it comes due aug/sept. Not sure if anyone was that fast gettting it in august.

If i recalled correctly:-

Unifi - OCC
TNB - Jompay
Astro - Astro portal

I'm thinking that my cash back is from Astro + Dining since i spent significantly on food last month
*
Based on your transaction, astro, unifi is definitely eligible for 6%. Plus all your dining at 3%. Your cash back will still be ~rm48.60.

So looks like your tnb paid via jompay is eligible. But then, jompay is not. Haha. I dunno really.

Updated the eligible merchants. Based on previous cashback transaction by tzxsean, looks like worth a try to pay tnb via jompay. If anybody wants to test it out.

Seriously? This is new. So far my 2 attempts at insurance has failed.

Updated. I think might be worth a try to test on other insurance companies. Can always test with smaller amount. smile.gif

Just for updates, gotten my lady's platinum card RM50 cash back from spending at braun buffel, on 19th May. This is for april's spending.

I might put up eligible list if response are plenty, else, happy spending.

So for UOB YOLO, can you get waiver for AF or not? I just applied this card (still pending approval) after reading that it is possible to get a waiver if you swipe once every month (from the link at the front page).

But after reading a few recent posts here, it seems that the waiver is not guaranteed?
*
it was a new card, from Aug 2016. Belum kena renewal lagi. wait la.

Unless it is the case mentioned in the last few post, first year AF is waived. 2nd year, ???. To be fair, i'm not the type who minds, i will just cancel if they don't waive. I do not have loyalty towards banks.

Can somebody write an email to UOB regarding this matter and share this information in here..
*
Please refer to post #1.

Don't need to write email to uob pls. It's in the t&c since day 1 that utilities not eligible for cashback. It was fun while it lasted.

Since when there is new cash back rate for UOB One Card? lol

http://www1.uob.com.my/personal/cards/cred...b_one_card.html

Wednesday - 3% cash back on petrol, sounds good to those who wanna pump petrol after knowing that it's gonna increase on thu
*
I'm gonna update post #1 later.

Actually I would call this a downgrade. From 2% weekday to 1% except Wednesday. Getting less and less attractive.

I will update accordingly once UOB get their features and rebate thing confirmed.

I suspect they may really have removed the smart$ but did not update their smart$ page. if you click on the savings tab, where they explain you might save in a year, they did not mention smart$ as well. I think most people can wait for a few days regarding the information on post #1. Best to refer bank website on features stuff anyway.

Hi all, just check with you all.

I request Allianz to arrange payment for my Motor Insurance without walk-in counter
And I receive this Credit card application payment by email, so is this consider online payment or phone banking payment?

Suggestion use what card to pay? Yolo or ONE card?
*
This will definitely not be online. Anyway, yolo doesn't give rebate for insurance except stated otherwise in post #1
