QUOTE(jasonkw9 @ May 4 2017, 11:24 PM) What happen if I didnt get the approval but I already spent the money? Does it mean I have to payback the full amount? Of course. Pay full before or by payment due date; otherwise, late payment fee and interest will be charged. But very unlikely as you're spending within your CL. QUOTE(jasonkw9 @ May 4 2017, 11:42 PM) Sorry but I still cant get the concept here Basically you need another CC from another bank to work. You're transferring your outstanding from your current card to the card and at the same time, converting it into a flexible installment repayment plan.

QUOTE(jasonkw9 @ May 4 2017, 11:47 PM) Do i need to get approval for this BT? Of course. Approval from the bank of CC you want to transfer the outstanding to. Similarly, as long as you have sufficient CL, your BT will be approved.

You may take the risk to cancel the card and let the retention team to call for asking you to stay. They may offer you AF waiver for asking you to stay.

QUOTE(SzeMeng76 @ May 8 2017, 03:33 PM) most likely i will cancel my uob one platinum. might retain with YOLO only. since no longer benefit to me for this card. It is wise to do that as it has AF. You won't want to accidentally pay for the AF.

QUOTE(JuneResources @ May 25 2017, 07:57 PM) You pay ptptn through online portal or walk in counter? I know pay ptptn direct at counter no cash rebate, but not sure if pay through online.. Is this a confirm one? Can somebody write an email to UOB regarding this matter and share this information in here.. Didn't he mention specifically PTPTN portal? On side note, since no CB for PTPTN portal with YOLO, guess I'm not going to add YOLO. The remaining bet is PB Quantum. This post has been edited by David83: May 25 2017, 08:07 PM

QUOTE(babienn @ Jun 22 2017, 02:01 PM) My case too UOB CS asked to call back after being charged AF. I believe this is UOB standard operating procedure. Anyone actually did confirm waiver before being charged? AF charged. Call to request for waiver. If waiver is approved, no need to make payment. If waiver is rejected, proceed for payment or cancellation. Standard practice for UOB and Citibank.
