Well, first page shows a few insurance under non-eligible for cash back. I don't think it will because it is clearly stated insurance is part of YOLO's exclusions.

Don't understand your question. Current month's cash back for YOLO will only be credited by end of following month.

No. The one you received was for Sept cash back which was for your spending from 1st to 30th Sept.

Sorry, you are wrong. Banks need to inform customers 21 days in advance for any changes.

And sorry you are wrong again, T&C is a valid document which can be used to go against banks if they are in fault. I have used before for UOB and UOB called to apologize and solved for me and other cardholders (VOX late cash back crediting issue).

Finally, you are wrong for the last time, BNM is not for display. Many have complained before and we got back what we deserved from banks. I have complained few times via BNM and all solved with no issue. Banks will act accordingly with BNM involvement.

For CIMB cash back, I got mine solved with BNM's involvement.

I first complained to BNM in 2015 or 2014. Cannot recall but no issue.
This same goes to MCMC and KPDNKK, all solved efficiently. I started complaining to MCMC in 2007 when I was still in university.
Maybe I am just lucky all the time.

Yes, it seems but I think you can easily waive it if you achieve 12x, just appeal I guess.

Quite some time for my cases is because they need to be undercover to these outlets to investigate. I complained to them because two merchants told my foreigner friend she can claim tourist tax refund from their shop which my friend didn't manage to do it. One shop apologized and gave us lots of gifts. laugh.gif

Second shop didn't give any compensation but both shops were penalized.

They took two months, with emails updates and phone calls to me.
