Refer to my previous statement, it's real time. Transaction date which is same date when I do purchase on Lazada.

They'll follow Malaysian time zone.
The time stamp on OTP if online transaction.

Excluded since July 2017. You only can choose to redeem the smart cash with others available merchant.

You just tell the cashier that you want to redeem the Smart$ Cash.
Some merchant may need min amount for redemption.

When will UOB credit my YOLO cash back (first time receiving it)? It's not fixed every month like other banks?
I spent exactly RM833.30 last month (between 1 July and 31 July) on online transactions, so I'm expecting RM50 cash back or less (one transaction is not confirmed to be eligible).
I already received the cash back for all my cards except my UOB YOLO. sweat.gif

if you didnt apply or agreed to it, call CS to cancel it immediately. ask them to waive off any charges associated to it. tell them you DID NOT GIVE CONSENT or AGREED for credit shield.

if they being difficult, threaten them to report to BNM for their dishonest business practice.
