your friend is that kind of person i hate the most wan. is he one of those people who always go looking for free lunch wan ah?stay in stratafied property but then don't want to pay maintenance aiissssh~ always do wrong then now want to rely on the law for help?
is there a specific reason why your kawan don't want to pay the fees to the management or not?
