Hey ask u all some question about unlock phone, if cant use malaysia sim card call back to malaysia in UK so mean that this phone is locked version? if can mean that is not locked version then can bring back to malaysia normally use it or also need to give people unlock it?

Older phones can be unlocked by generating the Master Unlock Code provided you have the IMEI. The code generator will not work on newer phones and the only way is to do it by using a software with the phone connected using a cable. I'd advice you to take your phone to your local mobile vendor or Nokia Service Center. They can do it for you for some fees.

just do master reset or master clear can de... unless you want to flash the phone. master reset / clear is free can do yourself.
