Does anyone know how to unlock security code for Nokia 3600?
The Master Security Code generated from the free websites doesn't work.
I have the IMEI. PM me if you could help. Thanks.

Older phones can be unlocked by generating the Master Unlock Code provided you have the IMEI. The code generator will not work on newer phones and the only way is to do it by using a software with the phone connected using a cable. I'd advice you to take your phone to your local mobile vendor or Nokia Service Center. They can do it for you for some fees.
