Just express your feelings...The best I have written was in the letter I mentioned the main reason I resign is the management and the attitude of this particular director, though I know they will never change, thats why I purposely written that...I thanked everyone except the one director who has problems...So, just express what you fell appropriate, this is your resignation letter, dont worry so much....
