Is there any recommended (effective) shampoo to be used for men hair loss? male pattern baldness to be exact, age 30.
Preferred if you have use before and can recommend based on your feedback.
I hope if you can share certain useful lifestyle or diet to help in this as well.

As far as i know that is not much that shampoo or diet can do as i believe is based on genetics. A friend of mine just had a transplant as it was the only solution for him

Tried all kind of shampoo, tonic for ages already. All doesn't seem to work. So now I'm like; Ahhh, botak pun botak lah. Just let it be. Nothing much I can do about it. Lol!

How about scalp massage with oil every day for 10 minutes? Outside of treatments, this is probably the easiest do it at home treatment, I can think of.

Almost 9 months use this product..so far mmg isu hair fall/loss mmg very minimum...
I means, ada tapi sikit sgt compare sebelum pakai...
And anak² rambut pun dah tumbuh kat area yg masih blh tumbuh...
So ok la...
Cons: this product quite expensive, so kena beli masa promo double digit or payday sale (slightly cheaper)
