Can you spot the advertisement here in Batu Road (now Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman) in 1959?
I can't find any advertisements in BM. Perhaps the language is not popular yet.

is the advertising slogan for Japanese brand "National" in the 1950s before changing their name to "Panasonic" in 2003.
Can you spot the advertisement here in Batu Road (now Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman) in 1959? I can't find any advertisements in BM. Perhaps the language is not popular yet. ![]() |

my mother peti ais until now still ok...if remember correctly more than 20 years..
even rice cooker, until now still operable. that one bought around 1986... early few years after buying using daily(my mom open cafe for industrial factory around shah alam) and then using few time a year now for cooking nasi impit/rebus daging for hari raya dish.... |

Their product was solid, my mum's standing fan is almost 40 years but still working good.
Nowadays even Panasonic product is not as long lasting as National. Equipment of yesteryear seems built to last for generations, equipment of nowadays only at least to last till the end of warranty period maximum. |
