check out www.dell.com..it is dell XPS..the specs are amazing..wish i can had it..but it costs about $5000.. ..as for dell 700m, nah, i think my inspiron 6000 is better.. ..no offense ok?.. ..unless you customized and get it on the net..then it is not bad..but still dell XPS is cool..

i brought my 1692 from a booth in lowyat 2 month ago, the price list is 51xx, i get mine for 49xx with 1 more 512mb

about buying labtop in lowyat, be sure check every shop/booth, actualy all of them getting the stock from 1 shop at lv5 (if i remember correctly), good deal or not is all depend on the sales person, so all u need to do is find the best price or gift which the salesperson will offer, doesn matter which shop u buy
(do argue wif em, bring ur momma if needed )

after sales service? after 7 day if need service just just send to acer straight

There is no level 5 at lyp, only level4 is the highest.

different context:

super macgyver: Ground, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4(top floor)
____ pds_disi : Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, Level 5(top floor)

the suppliers are normally located at the higher floors but they do not normally give lower prices.

hmmm i thought of getting a laptop now basically for work and little gaming. Budget 4k . I had in mind compag m2205 and also dell 6000 series. minumum ram i need is 512 mb. any suggestion?

so if choice is these both, better u tale compaq coz dell not that reliable.

there's also quite a few models from toshiba for 4k budget

but not as reliable as NEC & IBM did ler.

so far i found out that the shop notebookshop at KLCC is quite reliable.

i jsut discovered that samsung has built a name for itself... looks like only draw back is the batt life is short... (samsung x20 1.73Ghz sonoma, 512 ddr2 ram) please comment...
