20k service include some extra service item if im not wrong? like changing gear oil or something...

Spark plugs, radiator coolant, Fuel Filter/Cleaner(?) .

Gear oil if MT @ 50k, cvt @ 60k if not mistaken.

Nothing major at 20k. MAYBE got if you request something from them (alignment, pdt check, etc) but usually if got extra thing charged then that SC simply want to squeeze more money out of you

I think ur reverse sensor is old one. Got delay beeping. That u need to bring to sc and ask them to change. Its a known problem for initial batch of Iriz.

Quick question,

During my 2nd service, I saw the mechanic refill water into 2 area, 1 is the washer, not sure about the other 1 because I was seating inside the waiting area.

I hope it is not the engine coolant reservoir because you are not suppose to add tap water into it right?

Isn't this normal? You just have to try and feather the pressure you put on the pedal. Jam is jam, jam is jerky. Can't help it.

Noticed a delay on my 2016 too. End of the year, bought december. Almost bang a car while reversing looking at mirror and didn't hear the sound pop until I realized it... No idea what happening.

tap can be put there but not a good practice because it can be clog with dirt. but he should not do that since he suppose to know better

Then im not sure. Probably can send in and say faulty reverse sensor.

Most of the time, I see people use distilled water.

Mine also 2016. Same problem, sensor delay. I thought its a known issue btw. Anybody got their sensor fixed at sc?
