The 2 test EX raids are in Daan park and Dazhi.

Daan park are usually for grinding a particular pokemon since its a huge nest but I've not been there since raids started.   

As for Dazhi... I live in the opposite side of town so never raided there as well.

Stupiak system. Last time tcss while grinding and most folks quite salty about the way this is being done.

Few folks already raided 100+ suicune raids and still no get pass.

Maybe Legendary Raid boss not counted.

Yes but most folks do beta testing on select few of their most hardcore users not by random to the userbase.

I figure this round could consider global release, whole world also receive the pass, they retain testing status to comfort those who does not receive, beside that prolong the release also could increase the pass sale.

Nianic has break guinness record, million of tester to test the game, the funnier part are no proper channer to collect feedback from tester, and they call this in testing state but in fact tons of player around the world raid meow two already since tokyo event, is this still call testing? Lol. They has full release in japan already, testing is a joke lah.
