Living next to highway
Noise and dust is big issue
Make sure the window provided is double glaze
If not mid night suddenly jump up from sleeping becos some modified exhaust car / bike

Mostly affected is the superlink row facing highway
Some units add additional sliding door at master bedroom . Becos of noise that row of houses find difficult to sell..
If they can do curtain wall system
Then resolved the noise problem but very costly

Many development also not fully occupied ..
Narajaya management still not wake up
They still can't provide Hot cold water system with premium price tag like vantage project

I always think bandar mahkota cheras is developed by wrong developer if by Top 3 developer
Would it be another desa park city ?

Becos cheras place don't have such a big township
If bmc can do something exclusive . I think cheras will move up another level . Now many taman in bmc is not well planned asin single entry access and guarded residential and facing Some local / society issue
bandar sg long is more organised development

This type of jam never happen before Since MRT started
Today is second time super duper jam at east west link from pj toward cheras at 6pm
