Tmn rakan , sg long , bmc no different to me .
U stay suria mostly also go bmc and sg long for food and groceries
Saturday traffic condition is bumper to bumper if wanted get out from sg long , taman rakan , bmc

Request of U turn at TP already being rejected by LLM long time ago reason is dangerous at the proposed location .. I dont know why they raise the proposal again maybe because Balakong by election .

I SUPPORT THE REDEVELOPMENT . sg long need phase 2 commercial . existing one is jam every weekend because the traffic flow into commerical is suck
the golf club greenery is not public area, and cant understand why the non member so busybody to object it.
what sg long ppl get after the redevelopement project scrapped ? nobody fund for road uprading now.
ask the ppl who object and Yb Fork out millions to do fly over

link house dont see any new in sg long and bmc
rm800 budget. can get subsale , i advise get the desa budiman size 24 x 75. not the bumi type the size is 20 x 65. bumi reserve land development got less demand in resale in future . i will prefer bukit sg long cos its consider quiet neighbourhood and near to 2nd access too. where u working ?
