If the development sitting on the split mountain is no good . The access is created by split up the mountain/hill
The access road facing in front highway always accident too

That day just attend the Fung shui talk

Many houses in country garden ? If above 500 units then maintenance for the environment is not big issue
The clubhouse maintenance is question mark becos resident have option not to pay the clubhouse fee
The clubhouse is belong to developer

I prefer eco forest if compare country garden . But these place very good feng shui . Surrounding by mountain / hill
Can improved relationship n health
