Same here in Ampang. Most international websites cannot open/slow, whether they are US, Euro, China or Taiwan. Local websites are not affected though.

Twitch not working for me just now, switched to vpn now working again. If you got vpn you can use it for temporary fix, but as soon as switch off problem again.

Speed to local and international sites are horrible without VPN. Speedtest using normal DNS/Google DNS to local servers can't even reach above 4mbps. With VPN to Singapore server, things seem to be rine, running at full 50mbps.
