Wanna ask what if i work in SG for full time now, am i still covered by life and Medical insurances bought in Malaysia?

If chnage  job within the first 6 months, will getting the work pass more difficult?

What do mean by upgrade job? Haha if doing same job and same post but in different company, will getting the second work pass more difficult? I am an e pass holder now btw...

If I left the current job before 6 months I am in singapore, but I manage to get another job offer, is it necessary to pay extra tax?

When submitting documents such as Malaysian birth cert (in bahasa), an official translation by a SG body is required correct? What is the best way around that if my birth cert is sitting back home in KL.. What other alternatives can be submitted that shows both parents name? Thanks!
