Hi there, yes, you can ask for 6k for banking & finance job, however they usually will offer you a contract job under 3rd party agency company (DBS, UOB...etc). if you perform well, they will convert you to perm and the benefit is quite decent. Please take note that you will working with Indian most of the time, think twice.

I have some bad experience with Indian from India, especially male. Most of the Indian female i met is very responsible, hardworking and friendly person.
If you work with those who work as contractor from agencies/supplier such as IxxxSys, the possibility to met a good person is very low (From my experience), if you work with those who remote from India, it will be even worse.
They have very good education and any years of experience in their CV but the quality is opposite, the attitude also CMI.

FYI, some company doesn't recruiter much Indian, such as my current company (only 1 Indian so far)

My current company? HQ is based in Singapore now, previously is at HK.

My previous company with a lot of Indians is German company.

If you want to choose company with lesser Indian, choose Chinese company, especially China/HK/Singapore based company. Singapore based company must be Chinese owned company such as Resort World Sentosa.
