the possibility of getting pr in first year quite low though,mostly advise is to get after 2 years at least.
but its free so just go and try xD

-master room(meant for 2 pax) $1200,personal bathroom,tv
-housemate 2 guys( me and my friend rent whole house tgt) ,1 common room each
-can cook and everything

they all have medisave, which can be add on with insurance for full 100% claim,else half i think if not mistaken

yea for the increment part,i guess its a general guideline for them to offer 5-20% max of current salary without really looking at the rate of the market,they just take the increment % rate lol

yea most of them say max 10%,but i told them i got other offer which is offering about 15-20% then they start to discuss with their other clients d haha
