QUOTE(samtbt38 @ Jun 2 2017, 06:19 AM) Hi sifus, I just got an offer for $4k in SME at Yishun Industrial Street 1. My question is, how much u can save if u're single with no commitment & not boros & opt to commute from JB? I wish to save money to move to NZ/OZ after 1 year. the main spending will be rental if u dun go out and spend on drinks much.Or shud I wait other offer 1st? bc i put my expected salary as $5k. still waiting words from two interviews and has one upcoming interview today. Thanks. i think if u can get cheap rental and nvr really keep eat "atas" food...then easily u can save 3k? QUOTE(rookie93 @ Jun 2 2017, 08:00 AM) quick question, when applying for a next job ,while working on an existing one, lets say i get the new offer, do I wait until i get my IPA for employment, or can i resign at my existing one , the moment i sign/receive the offer letter from the future company...? if im not wrong,u will need to resign before they can apply ipa for u? |

QUOTE(Kelv @ Jun 15 2017, 06:53 PM) How much is your min. spending? below 1k i guess...Most of my friends getting HSBC Advance or Standard Chartered Unlimited. I also plan to get one soon. thinking citi smrt QUOTE(deodorant @ Jun 15 2017, 10:02 PM) I am a big fan of mileage cards (if you have a decent level of spending), Example DBS Altitude, Citi PremierMiles, Citi Prestige, etc etc. i heard citi premiermiles nvr expire...good card?or dbs altitude better for miles?i dun fly much but if there is,i dun cross out the possibilities of traveling more oftenSwipe card get points/miles. Transfer miles to KrisFlyer and redeem for biz class / first class tickets. 2 years ago my wife and I flew on SQ Suites to Tokyo. Then later this year we're flying my parents to Melbourne and my parents in law to Seoul (business only though). ![]() |
