hi all,
just want to ask how long is the process to sign a tenancy contract for accommodation? I am arriving 1 week before my work commences to look for a place to stay, wondering if there are any things that will delay me from staying in a place I find immediately
also, usually how much will be the deposit for rental? 1-2 months?

QUOTE(ldhong @ Nov 7 2017, 08:55 PM) Apart from the tekan, ghost and physical toughness why is that so afraid to join NS? Me on the other hand applied to join SAF VC... Still waiting for reply. My Singaporean friend said waiting time is as long as waiting for PR application.. I am guessing they are not willing to part with 2 years of their life where you could be building your career. "So they write them off without even considering them fairly ... Their Employment Pass applications are subjected to additional scrutiny," the minister added. This post has been edited by strategist: Mar 27 2018, 08:11 PM

QUOTE(Hello54321 @ Apr 4 2018, 03:09 PM) Would like to ask what postpaid plan is good for working adult in Singapore? Prefer reasonable internet and call. what is your usage like? For small user like me, I use prepaid. 3GB + 1GB (bonus) for $20 every 40 days. Best part is, you don't have to pay for caller ID ($5) and your phone credit stays with you forever until you actually make/receive call. This post has been edited by strategist: Apr 4 2018, 08:08 PM

QUOTE(Thunder_Bolt @ Apr 5 2018, 08:24 AM) Mind to share which Telco offers this plan? Singtel prepaid Their 30-days package is $10 for 1 GB $13 for 1.5 GB $20 for 3 GB all valid for 30 days. And you get 500MB bonus every time you top up $10 calling rate is pay as you go, so if you don't actually make calls often, this is your cheapest plan.
