The MSI Pro B660M-A Wifi and i5-12400f cost around RM1,339, why not I top up just a bit more to get the Ryzen 5 7600 with Gigabyte A620M Gaming X for around RM1,559? 

Noted the Ryzen has 32MB L3 cache vs 18MB in the Intel

That would require extra RM200+ for 32GB DDR5 ram vs DDR4

Exploring a gaming rig configuration. Been a long time since I looked at a custom build and not familiar of what is current and available parts locally. Helpful suggestions from the experts here appreciated.

My last couple of systems were Dell Auroras. However Dell is asking for a lot of money to upgrade the R15 system from RTX 3060TI to either a 4080 or 4090 GPU. In the past the premium for the pre-build with comparable parts were more reasonable. The problem with Dell is if you upgrade the GPU or memory later with non-Dell parts, you may end up with compatibility issues at times. Unlike the early days where Dell used standard Intel motherboards with the Aurora.

CPU 13900KF or 7950X/7800X
GPU RTX 4080/4090 or RX 7900

SFF case and ITX motherboard

32GB RAM and 2 x M.2 drives

What "small" case would fit the 4090 in your experiences? May opt for 4080 if there is a SFF case that can fit. Small is better. No issue with cooling as it runs in aircond room.
