do i need to prepare extra budget for any sound/network cards? Or are they actually integrated in the motherboard already?

With the releasing of gtx 3 series and consoles (xbox x and ps5) tentatively on october/november 2020, will it significantly lower the price of hardware pc?

Is it worth to get 5800X now since my preferred 5900X and 5600X is still out of stock everywhere? 5700X rumors to come out later in January too but I have everything apart from CPU, Mobo and PSU now.

I probably can wait a few more months. If i dont get the Ryzen 3600, I would probably consider the latest Zen 3. What about the Ryzen 5000 series, specifically the 5600X? Are the current prices for it reasonable?

Mine is CS3030 and it doesn't have a heat spreader, only a sticker.

As for installing the nvme without frozr shield, I think that would be fine. Both the shield and heat spreader on the nvme function the same.

Ah my bad, I thought the sticker is called heat spreader. If it’s fine to install the frozr shield directly on it then ok. Was wondering that haha. Thanks

Ahh yes, this is what I meant. There seems to be two variants judging from the photos sold by Topmaid on Shopee. The sticker perhaps is an older variant of the CS3030. If it comes with the heat spreader should/can I even install the m.2 shield on top of it?

Are you fine with prebuilts?  The shortages and high prices of DIY PC parts mean it might be better to look for a prebuilt machine instead

Core i9-10900K or Ryzen 7 5800X will stomp it. You have to go Ryzen route if you need to use ECC RAM.

Also, ASRock's Intel boards are not very good, due to underpowered VRMs (won't be a problem for that CPU though)

Many parts very expensive now. Even RAM prices are going up. GPU is the worst. Like I said earlier, only Dell or Alienware is viable if you want a GPU.
