Got me thinking, with the current GPU pricings, should I buy new PC now or wait another 2-3 years for the tariff issue to somewhat 'cooldown', then only buy new PC
Not sure if I can save more in future by buying PC now or investing instead.
Am at a confusing time lol

depends on what you have now and how desperate you are.

Maxsun is a lil more well known & somewhat reviewed. Is this what your asking for
https://www.pcmag.com/reviews/maxsun-challenger-b650m-wi-fi

Its quite solid to handle up to Ryzen7 CPU but lacks more than 1 M2 slot and also no ARGB/RGB headers.

Huananzhi is less known and simply yet another China OEM. Only this looks interesting
http://www.huananzhi.com/en/more.php?lm=10&id=752

Reliability? You can try and then let us know. I also am curious...

actually targeting this HUANANZHI B650M B PRO. RM300 only.

I saw that. Its a crap AM5 mobo if your doing any sort of gaming or productivity work at all. I guess its ok up to Ryzen G APU or 7600
*
why crap if only use for internet surfing? plan to pair with 8500G cpu. will use for 10 years. currently still using intel Core i5 2nd gen laptop.
my only worry is longevity.

I've been checking CPU on AliExpress. I don't understand this situation:
seller A. sell processor B. processor B has prices X,Y,Z. all are tray units.
why multiple prices?

anyone know where is the cheapest place to buy Thermalright fans? from what I've checked, Amazon seems cheaper than platform?

Why Thermalrights? Apart from ball bearing ones they dont particularly standout on perf nor quality. For a little bit more, a solid budget performer is Scythe Kaze Flex

That was for the previous V1 version. Its a budget winner in most other test

And thats just for the previous V1 (max 1200 RPM, grey edge rubbers). The newer Kaze Flex 2 V2 (all black) goes up to 1800 RPM and is slightly improved

where to buy?

That time I wanted the RGB version so I got from ETEX (Enotex). I think the nonRGB is cheaper elsewhere.

Go for the higher RPM version as you can still downtune it to be quieter if needed.

no mention of v2. only KF1225FD18AR-P. not KFS1225FD15-P / KFS1225FD20-P.

I chat via fb with a few computer shops. ask for price of cpu, mobo, case, psu. just wanna check which shop has best offer before I go to shop and collect. none of them reply. why? should I just buy from shopee with my tier rewards voucher?

these shops post update in their fb weekly. you would expect them wanna make money via fb, but nope.

another question:
Ryzen 7800X3D same price as 9700X. any reason to buy a 9700X? looks like a DOA product?
