Switch the CPU to Ryzen 5 1600 and MSI A320M PRO-VD.  It has additional 2 core for better multi emulations. Any mainstream Intel today except Pentium G4560 is not worth it. RAM prices are going up. You might wanna buy that first if price didn't change yet.

otherwise and i5 / Ryzen 5 with 1060/1070 is such a waste on 1440*900 monitor, at least get FHD.
Do you know when Ram going to increass in Malaysia? by how much 10-20%?
Has it increases overseas yet? if yes how soon after will it follow here?
What about SSD going to increase too?

I may stock 8-16gb now as going to buy new rig in the next few months.

Recommendations please for a workstation pc, budget less than 1k. Only need processor Mobo and ram
