if the sales is 70% as reported, unlikely glomac will entertain original bookee just pass on to another person to resume his unit.

macam lishold. need to get state's approval when sold.

they called it restricted freehold. I know Bukit jalil and 'part' of cyber are. dunno about kelana jaya.

This problem only for bumi buyer. if we buy property freehold 'with restriction', later when we want to sell to non-bumi still need to get consent letter before can transfer ownership. This is based from experience, it took me 2yrs to release payment for selling my property.

Thats why i'm asking if there is agent here can answer, is this project is pure freehold or restricted freehold? Thanks BEANCOUNTER, u got me right.

they can block such a sales if they dont accept your reasoning... owner need strong lawyer to appeal for the case...

as for whether ada bumi or non bumi lot in the land title or not... ini betul2 tak tahu... my fren's freehold unit in cyberjaya din state bumi or non bumi in his land title though... not sure about this part of the world...
