is glomac allowed to change bookees name?

if the sales is 70% as reported, unlikely glomac will entertain original bookee just pass on to another person to resume his unit.

just ask yourself this question 'have you been impressed by any glomac project so far??? like when you visit your relatives or friends places.....

you can choose units back facing LDP. Noise level reduce plenty.

Livable for weeks, not month....at least to me...

Others either they really didnt realise how small is 450sq or they just merely wearing investors cap.....'not my problem, its my temant who needs to live with'.

couple - 1000sq

human is much like animal. We need our own space and each persons life is not supposed to entangle with one and other simply bcos the space is small. it will have effect to the relationship.

its simply not as simple as xxxsq of space of course two persons can live in. You need to see what coming out from the other side.

dun talk abt this one....the famous empire offering of SOVO only 3xxsq.....I cann see many young couples wont survive in their relationship.

unless its a luxurious boutique multi storey dwelling, I don't think KJ can commend 1000psf just yet.

even 790 nett for this plaza I see it as over the top jor.

Yup, I don't think will leave KJ, unless if I migrate or working overseas.

Not a property expert, in fact this is my first time buying a property.
I guess is very individual definition of masterpiece or successful project, Glomac might not be in the top 10 developer list, somehow from their record seems ok (at least no abandon projects *touch wood  sweat.gif), from family buying experience (Damansara Residensi) quite satisfy with the whole process. Well have to admit their retail management is abit sucks  blink.gif

From what I observe, their product is just simple, different from those developers 'selling concepts', which kinda suit me because I just want something simple, I don't need a 2 storey's gym as facilities  biggrin.gif

They sell something which I feel is what I looking for within I can afford, so seal the deal  smile.gif

You dun need to be a property investor to make or to lose tons of money via buying property.

Nobody wants to see their money getting smaller as time goes by.
