Kajang growth shall move to South. Semenyih/Beranang is expected to have highest population growth in the coming years.

There is a proposal to have a new highway connecting Semenyih and Putrajaya, starting from Ecohill to Sungai Tangkas and then to Putrajaya.. If this highway can have interchange to NSE Plus as well as HSR Bangi/Putrajaya, then will be the best.... rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif rclxm9.gif

As being "spread" long time, there will be a connecting road from Silk to Jalan Sungai Lalang.. Next time going to Nirvana no need go through Semenyih town already.. Expected entry point is somewhere near to Goodview Height entrance..

From today onwards, sales office and CEC shall move to club house as well..

Really hope MPKJ shall utilize the old sales gallery in good manner and for the benefits of all residents .... sweat.gif sweat.gif

As far as I know, all launches in SEH 2 now (including semiD) are fenced and guarded as Precinct 1 SEH 1.

I also wish to know... Last time they said MPKJ might want to convert it to become badminton court. But now already have the court in the club house, not really useful if convert to sports facilities again.

I really hope MPKJ can open some their counters here, so that residents around can complete the service here and no need to go to MPKJ.

This building is much suitable to be used as office instead for sports facilities..
