SEH 1 from my perception definitely in better location, much closer to all amenities (commercial shops, Tesco, eateries, schools, etc) and nearer to Lekas exit (via Ecohill link) towards KL. Unfortunately all DSL units in SEH 1 already sold off. Now only have the superlink for sale only. Gloris superlink (which is furthest) from the STP is still available and there is 2 years free club house membership for the purchaser and able to access to the Oriental Garden in Precinct 3, might consider as well.
SEH 2 on the other hands have much more choices for you to choose from, ranging from DSL unit to small cluster home. They will be connected to the EcoMajestic Lekas interchange. Soon, the new central park (South Creek) and Adventure Park Bukit Tempurung also the shall be completed and opened soon.
Both has pro and cons, depending on your priority and preference.
