Look at SEH P2 & P3 occupancy rate, I believe that SPS may force to open to SEH P1 resident although Mr Koh still tell me that will only opened to P2 & P3 resident but dun think it is feasible for next few years.

Leaking is one of the must-check- thing for all house owners, how can SPS overlooked on this???!!! Very poor quality control... Pls make a big complaint to QC team.

oh dear, but i guess it's very common. the good news is that SPS their defect rectification team does their job (albeit with varying degrees of alacrity) but it does get done.

don't do any major reno yet till all is fixed.

I dont know if its only me....the security access card sensor at Precint 3 guard house is not sensitive enough...sometimes i have to wave the card at the passenger side...sometimes i open my car sunroof and wave the card on top...
Why lah they put the sensor at the passenger side...why no put on the driver side...
Anyone experience same thing like me????

Was like you too... Tot waving helps but actually the card works best if u plc it in a spot like smart tag (center or left side of the dashboard. Eventually u will find the 'sweet spot' and drive in smoothly like a boss all the time 😂
