Depending which route you are using... If using Ecohill-Lekas link, comes out from the Kajang Selatan toll already is Billion which is next to bandar tech kajang. Even though it is called bandar tech kajang, actually the land is held under mukim Semenyih. 5 minutes driving no issue..
