Berlian Setapak is a standalone, different project than other PV Danau Kota projects.

33-storey one block with 228 units only.

It was previewed this weekend.

I can guarantee that 905 sqft sure sapu first.. less than 40 units... majority over 1k sqft...

Hi boss.. I wonder this land is under commercial title or residential?? Based on the pic. I didn't see any shoplot...do you have any info about that?

too many condo surrounding and only one road exit to genting klang towards kl direction...

btw..wat is the starting price for type d and type e?

Jam from the small road heading into the main road. Peak hour traffic you will die head out of the condo straight jam.
