2) fh 3) residential title 4) price/sf is cheap strong usp? at least better than htc, shyt ponds, cemeteries neighbor product lo, theoretically good for so called own stay. But the jam + no lrt/mrt=kinda gg for so called own stay as well. |

Jalan Gombak to Jalan Pahang morning rush is killing. Cannot tahan...
With Berlian, more units n more cars into this small area. dbkl shall upgrade the road. |
