I hereby CONLANFIRM this method gives 1080HD on my Mecool KM3 L1 DRM boxes for Netflix (for now till netflix decides to do something). Don't update the app if it prompts and follow the video, don't need to understand to get it done

Next is to try it on Mecool m8s Pro L later

Guys Astro Go new version cannot work with Magisk now? I keep getting error message.

Did you updated Magisk also?

My experience with the never Magisk version dont work. I stayed at older version in order to make Astro Go running. If not mistaken I m running version 18.1, those 19.X version doesn't not work well with my boxes.

Like Voncane suggested, try reinstall - both magisk and astro go.
If not mistaken again here Astro Go once detected jailbreak, it often stay in that mode until you reinstall it.

Love the idea that Mi Box would support chromecast and (better?) DRM support, though not too sure about the speed, on paper the A95X Max have better hardware.

I have 100mbps unifi connection. Each time speedtest result is between 70 to 100.
Online streaming in 4k smart tv via 5g wifi connection.
I use interenet 100%
Streaming youtube never had lagging or time to time buffering.
Netflix usually plays well in original content 4k or hd or hdr.
However if internet speed bad the pic quality drops and gradually  gets better once speed catchup..
Never had buffering in netflix.

Online streaming directly from tv browser via online free website takes time to buffer and movie plays.
Sometime play smoothly then all off sudden it starts lag  / buffers time to time.
That really irritates and immediately do speedtest result seems good.
So clueless put blame on internet speed fluctuation or movie hosting server busy processing.

I have android box mecool km3 4gb ram.. kind a good spec..
Unrooted box can use astro on the go and unifi
I have all the free apps to watch movies or sports.
I watch sports from those freeapp really iritatting too , not crystal clear or smooth play..
It plays the all of sudden buffers.
Playing movie from free app also buffers..
Quality of pics not good though..

So clueless.. again
MECOOL box is not up to the par ?
Should get better spec android box ?
Internet connection fluctuation ?
Free apps hosting server bad processing ?
Too many users accessing free aps makes server become busy ?
This happens in all free app such as livenettv swifttv redbox

So i wonder what magic MYIPTV can do, does play smooth with no buffering and gives good pic quality ?

I came across EVPAD 3 androidbox which approved by MCMC and sirim.
This box 2gb ram 16gb rom cost about 400+ offers IPTV where you can watch astro contents and international contents with no buffer.
I beleive this box iptv alrdy been subscribed and price included in that 400+
Heard this iptv is life time no expiry, not sure.
This IPTV they offers seems have schedule of future programs for certain content.
The drawback is this box not allowed to install any pirated or free aps inside where the admin detects and block it.
I am.not sure how far this true but it does make sense since box approved by MCMC.
Still can use browser to access online streaming i believe.

For that budget and straight out of the box,  Mi Box International Version but their spec is on a low side

For alternative, perhaps Mecool KM3 but you'll need to install Netflix app using specific method. Spec wise very good and still within your budget

Hi sifus would like to get some tshoot steps from you experts.
No idea box issue or provider related.
- Using mecool km3 4gb ram android 9 with 4k hdr supported.
- Smart tv 4k supported
- Unifi 100mbps

4k content in netflix app and youtube in Tv playing smoothly.
So definitely internet fine.

Tested 4k content  from myiptv app installed in mecool km3, not playing smooth.
All.4k contents same, stuttet or judder how to call it no idea.
I checked all the settings in the android box and also tv but none works.

I wanted to test playing 4k movies separately in android box instead of playing from myiptv4k but no idea where to.stream or download from.
Most of the apks only hav up to 1080p
1080p in myiptv 4k no issues, plays smoothly.

Anyone experiance this kind of issue ?

So the problem is , all  4k contents in myiptv4k having judder playing through mecool km3.
I cannot confirm if its box issue since i never tested playing any 4k contents separately in this box.
Do you know any online streaming for 4k videos ?

I spoke with both mecool  and myiptv4k vendor..
Both finger ponting to each other.
Mecool vendor claims this box 4k hdr supported and should play smoothly.
Myiptv got all 4k contents in hdr..
Not sure what hdr is this.
Playing this through mecool can see stutter.
Definitely cannot change player its playing in default player from myiptv app

When spoke to myiptv vendor he claims , he tested in h96max seems fine.
First was pointing to bandwidth,  but doenst make sense since my tv netflix app 4k hdr playing smooth.
Later he claimed mecool chipset is s905x2 which is not compatible to 4k hdr.
Chipset has to be above s912 to play 4k hdr from myiptv4k.

But in mecool spec describtion its stated supporting 4k hdr no idea its true or not.

Maybe this box only support 4k not 4k hdr  thats why when play its stuttering ?

install myiptv4k on your phone, see can play 4k smoothly or not?

since box can play other 4k streaming contents means is not box and internet problem

so left only app/box compatibility, and app server bandwidth. also try clear cache/data, reinstall see work or not.

dear ll, i need help on my mi box 2.

currently the youtube unable to play. i believe is due to some verification process needed because youtube detected high streaming from my wifi ip hence verification needed.
but my mi box 2 dont have this verification function hence the youtube apps not accessible.
any idea how to make it work again?

Hi brother, kicked out i meant was while playing suddenly goes blank back to main menu. App.disconnect the service. I need to play the movie again. No issue with account as only 1 device allowed to login at a time. So each time log out from current device login at another device.

hey guys i have a95x max, worked really good for first 2 month. happy with it

but recently the box prompted me for a firmware update, i proceed to install it and how i regretted for going for the update. now my wifi will disconnect and reconnect at random time, disturbing my iptv experience.

tried both my 5G and normal 2.4g wifi and same thing happens. i wonder if i can revert back the update? or i might just need to reset the box...?
