As suggested... Do a factory reset... Probably something broke during the update... If issue still persists.. Either go wired (highly recommended) or reflash prior stock ROM.

There are few things i am not sure about android box system.
I saw a few demo set along those store.

1.How do I disable or remove those launcher interface ? each android box have their launcher which is hard to navigate using a remote control.I just prefer something simple like stock android which apps are just on the front page.I worry after remove or disable will crash and boot loop.

2. Which so many android box , some are with remote control but no shutdown button but with only sleep red button.Is there a way to totally poweroff the device rather than sleep mode ? All the android box with their own interface doesn't have a turn off button ? tested long press will not work.

3. How do i block ads from a various apps in 1 go ? as for non rooted box , is it possible to block all popup or google ads from every apps ? some ads are unrelated and worry when they click it and brings up a browser and install some malware.

4. Does android box allow rooting ? SOme apps are include data/data which I wanted to backup.Does sdk tools allow to pull data/data from the androidbox without rooting ?

How do I set and disable a launcher ? is it a good idea ? some launcher Interface give less information.Still prefer android stock widget which I can add Analog clock time , Weather widget and bandwidth usage widget and even some news feed.Some android box Interface just like microsoft win10 launcher.

2. Didn't go to setting since it's on demo set.But the remote are on sleep mode.No option for shutdown.

I found the only way is to route a traffic via VPN to block ads for non root user.There are a few ads block.But I feel all of our apps info are routed to their vpn.Worry those vpn doesn't keep our privacy.Such as facebok and browser history.Some apps tv needed malaysia IP if it route to a vpn with non malaysia ip address will not work.

4. I am still deciding whether get with unroot or rooted box.Which one do you suggest ? Sometimes , some apps need to backup with data/data.Which android box have a fuction to easy unroot and root or 1 click root ? https://www.xda-developers.com/best-one-click-root-2018/

I went for AliceUX for a test , there is no option on checking background apps running.I done a check , there is no option to change default launcher.I would rather change back to default android launcher like stock asop.Much more easier to navigate with mouse.

Any guide on youtube ? I can't find the interface alice.Not able to check background apps or cache running or disable the launcher.

Yeh,  surely knew less about those box.As I remember reading along , box like Nvidia Shield , minix besides the box also must contain a good chipset like Amlogic rather than a box.Middle range would be mecool.
I google out some interface are tanix or svi or evpad which I am not able to see those background process apps running.No option to set or view the process.

Hmmm I'm using minix neo u9-h and I am experiencing slow download speed with WiFi and wired connection. I've subscribe to unifi 500mb package and when I test the speed at TM speed test it can only reach around 60mbps DL and UL of 100mbps which is weird.... I've also tried speed test on my phone and it can hit 350mbps... Anyone know why?

SD normally is SDR, if convert to DV, will be very wrong.

Origin Apple TV 4K also did that, everybody complain, so this option is optional now.

I am absolute don't want SDR convert to HDR/Dolby Vision.

If this option is not optional and cannot disable, then this TV Box is not for me. Haha!

for my home setup using NAS but having problems. I use Zidoo Z9S.
1. Using Kodi, keep hanging when loading posters (with soure added).
2. While playing, video not smooth, i.e. sangkut. Same case when using VLC or Kodi  native player.
Same case for wireless and wired connection.

Any recommendation, better apps perhaps?
