I got mine from Bo Eing in Sg Wang.

RM1550 with original 2GB MS Pro DUO.

No extra charges paying by card.

I like the style of the cam, which is why I got it for my mom.

But the picture quality in low light and high ISO.

One word... "HORRIBLE"....

Sony, please please come out with a better and new firmware for the T-100.

I hope when printed out not too bad.

Just look at this shot. Taken with Auto and the exif shows ISO800 taken with flash.

i think you would find most compacts suffer from excessive noise above ISO400 (except the fuji f31fd,etc...)

you pay for a t-100 for the design, so that's what you got... wink.gif

So, you're saying actually most P&S cameras suffer this problem at above ISO400?

Next time around I think I will change to program auto mode so that I can limit it to ISO200-400, so that even it's not bright enough, the pictures wont be noisy.

I think under AUTO mode, I can't set the ISO.

After using my D80, I never had ISO problems. :-p

not sure about other brands but yeah, so far I seem to disagree with Sony compacts... the way i look across compacts right now is that fuji offers great night shots, canon (and a few others) offers 28mm, olympus offers waterproof, and then Sony offers design...

but yes, you should limit the ISO... unless you want to capture motion in a no-flash low-light situation.. smile.gif

actually after having my d200, i still have ISO problems... at 1600 and above... hehe

Hey, anyone regret after getting this camera? Just asking. Not certain whether to get this or not. I tried it in the shop. The picture quality is good at ISO 80. Not sure whether you guys agree or not. Stress when it comes to choosing which one is the best -.-

proud owner of sony DSC-T100 joinin da club... lolx..
but like other user.. dis cam really really suffer from High ISO noise.. after 800 and above, da quality real sux. but hey, on the other hand, i gain benefit from da SuperSteadyShot features, for newB like me, holding a P&S cam oso hand shake, with those features, i guess it's worth buying provided u dun set ISO > 800, smile.gif

IMHO, the T100 was a big disappointment to me.

I really paid Sony just for the design but not it's quality of photos.

I got it cause it's stylish for my mom.

didn't know that this cam has the worst noise produced in photos ever (to me).
