I've been at that junction at night and can tell you it is very dim and can be confusing for the unfamiliar. I can see how she went in by accident.

alot of time, it happens coming out of a junction where you can only turn left but not right, but the road is 2 or more lanes, so people might mistaken it as 2 way single lane and turn in by mistake.

IMO this can be easily rectified by putting a small curve barrier + reflection arrow signboard to divert drivers to the correct direction and putting a no Right Turn signboard.

I've seen a few places that confuse unfamiliar drivers. it looks like you can go both direction but actually it's a one way street.

The PJ road that is now converted to One Way is also confusing. because the road was designed to be both ways now they set it single way without much signboard or barrier to prevent drivers going into wrong direction.

remember there is 3 possible scenarios:

1.Know went into wrong lane and continue the driving the wrong direction. Second-degree murder. No Excuse.

2.Unknowing went into wrong lane thinking it's a 2 way street and kept driving until realize when it's too late and hit the car. Negligence Homicide.

3.Drink Driving. Normal Accident as driver was not fully aware of the situation that took place. Revoked driving license & fine.

Did some of the girl frens or white knight invaded here...opposite direction still can speed and kill someone...
