of all i know, if you know this happen to you or anyone u love, u r going to continue hating that person for nothing but fail to understand that the main culprit who sat in that office who design the road doesn't even care about the lost of your love one. gd nite and think for yourself.

when i wrote this, i was making an assumption of this accident . i didn't knew that she make the same excuse. What we should know about this case is that someone had went into the wrong lane. I mean this is quite serious . The road is obscure and driver may thought that she is not driving in opposing lane if there's no car coming from the opposing lane a.

When there's less car, thing s may get more rowdy at night. Im  not sure where this road was but i think to avoid future mishaps, there should be a serious study into this accident.  those who studied this thing, they should know what  factors that could cause this kind of accident and all it takes is just one accident to fail the system.

She did went into the tunnel on opposing lane.
so she was drawn into the wrong lane.

i got a feeling it's not the first time some drivers drove into the wrong direction and this is not the first time drivers make mistake either , people drove into a big manhole before and got killed, drivers drove into the big longkang and got killed and couple of times that driver drove into a lake such as the one in Puchong and drown. this is not generalizing, it's common mistakes of poor notifications and warning sign by the authority concerned.

how about those kids died in bauxite mine. it's a common human negligence these days if you know what's going on in this country.

5 person in a car and the one driving is the woman?  unless all women, which i doubt.

and reason say 'confused' is invalid as 5 persons was in the car, and if she really just arrived from australia she did a lot of driving between the airport and KL to familiarize with the local traffic flow.  The BMW surely didnt appear suddenly in KL.

isn't there got hospital nearby why so slow and react.

without magical powers, and with the threat of incoming collision i can either:

A - continue at speed

B - slow down

C - stop

A sensible driver (with so called experience driving in 1st world countries, Australia lol) would not choose A.

BMW driver chose A.  Lacking in anything else I would have really hoped she actually had magical powers.
