Nope because my iPhone backup is much bigger and it finish much faster. The iCloud photo upload is insanity slow and need screen always on with photos apps on top then it perform better and complete but the speed is still far different than the backup one.

Can try looking around at mac city or machines. I saw some selling but can't recall where.

I believe you can't get Apple Care for iPhones in Malaysia. Even if you buy online, it won't be valid for Malaysia.

not yet - but sooner or later i'm gonna get one - my top priority now is to get either Ghostek Atomic or Lifeproof Fre.

Wondering the smooth back will be scratched after a while.

Probably for Iphones, applecare is like given to telco, iirc Maxis have a service where the handphone is insured for accidental damages and cost like RM20 per month. But I am not sure whether it can be applied to those hphones bought outside from maxis etc.

afaik, maxis iphone comes with apple care if you suscribe to the monthly payment for device protection. Iphone purchased from apple store malaysia doesnt apply for the apple Care

I have the blue one, scratch not a problem but the adhesive at the side may open up tho
I think because people at machines force the phone to go in and caused it

Just to update, now Apple provide screen replacement program for Malaysia, provided that it's only the screen cracked. Since we don't hace AppleCare+, the cost of changing iPhone7 plus is RM950 with GST at QCD Tech. Don't bother Machine since they will tell you that you should do one-to-one replacement.

Did mine, only 3 days and the warranty still intact.

Don't let them install, Last time I seen them open the case already extreme rough and I immediately stop them said I do myself .Install by your own in future.
