QUOTE(unwanted guy @ Jun 11 2017, 03:08 PM) Not sure. never dropped or hit anything. Previously using apple silicone case but changed to playproof because of the chipped paint. Very minimal only, plus I doubt apple will do anything tho. What is the colour of ur iPhone 7 Plus?

QUOTE(bullshyt @ Jun 11 2017, 06:25 PM) may I know how to back up data? Make sure your computer has iTunes and plug your phone to it. The software will automatically perform a complete back up of your data. Once that is done, you can then perform a factory reset. Alternatively, if your have vast iCloud storage capacity, you can back up your data via iCloud. However, this only backs up your most essential datas i.e., it does not back up all your data. So you have 2 options to go around.

QUOTE(vez @ Jun 11 2017, 08:07 PM) do both, peach of mind I usually go for the 2nd option. Cable-free installation. Now that I think about it, I can't remember when was the last time I had to take out the lightning cable just to set up and transfer data to a new phone

Now that I think about it, I can't remember when was the last time I had to take out the lightning cable just to set up and transfer data to a new phone I stopped using iTunes ever since iCloud was made available; I'm a cable-free person too. Have not failed me over all these years.

QUOTE(Derps @ Jun 12 2017, 09:53 AM) Is this battery life consider ok? my phone is only 1 week old and I feel like it should've been better?
Is this an iPhone 7 or 7 plus ?? Can you scroll up and see whats eating your battery the most?? For my 7+ (almost 6 months old), i am getting approximately 10% for an hour usage. So if my battery is at 77%, i would have gotten around 2 hours ++ of usage.
