I love transferring files in Android. It's straightforward and fast. USB OTG is also another feature that is just so convenient to use. This is why I always have a secondary Android device for work, it's much easier especially with regards to emails, attaching files, etc. What drives me nuts is the battery management. Your device could be idle and dropping a couple of power percentage points every hour or less even after you've cleared and closed all apps. Then they'll ask you to check your wakelocks, but you'll need to root your device in order to do so and that will void your warranty in some cases. Well, no thanks.

Yes, iOS is boring and troublesome to a certain extent. But as the late Jobs says, it just works.

To a certain extent, yes. Android is a far more open system and security updates are slow or sometimes non-existent for certain devices.

Yeah, in terms of software update Sammy is definitely more reliable than Huawei.

I'm not that into photography so for me the differences are very minor. I like the portrait mode on the 7 Plus though. It's a nice party trick!

I'm still experimenting with the S8 - into my second week now, so I'll reserve my comments for later, but yes, loading apps on Android in general is less snappy than it is on the iPhone, regardless of hardware.

Ya, usually the iPhone is my daily driver and the Android device is my "entertainment" tool as well, but I'm bored at the moment hence the experiment, ha ha. Anyways, looking forward to iOS 11 and the next iPhone.
