Would need some help regarding a fresh out from the box iphone7+ being snatched.
I personally did not use the phone so no apple Id whatsoever in it.
Tried to sell to a potential "buyer". He viewed the phone and ran away with it.

I have the IMEI number and details so would like to ask if there is any way to trace the phone via the IMEI number? Or what phone number is currently using the phone.

Tried contacting telcos but they mention only police can get the info from them and not any ordinary person(even with police report) due to PDPA

please do help guys.

I jump from mate 9 pro. To be honest, 7+ battery management is a lot better than huawei.

Agree with you. IOS is so much fun. I tried few times to make my Huawei Mate 9 & S7 Edge as my primary phone but I keep coming back to my IP7 Plus as my primary phone.

I haven't bought a screen protector and a case yet. But I imagine I can find it everywhere nowadays vs my old Sony. Is glass SP more preferable than the normal one these days?

Besides, I wondered if it is safe to go naked without a protector?  I am planning to get a case for sure as the phone is way thinner and smaller than my previous phone until I scared it will slip.

Yup no perfect phones out there. Just as near to one as possible.
Now give me s8 body and iOS. That is what I will call perfect.

I just hope new iPhone got similar outstanding screen like S8 and support themes. I will buy it again but I need some wow effect on iPhone now as now I can't see the beauty on any phone except S8/S8+ and G6. Haha!

Every month have to pay rm120 extra. Total 2 years.
Currently is on celcom postpaid. No upfront. If not mistaken.

Yeah, I know that overall cost is higher, but at least I don't have to fork out so many cash upfront at once.

Yeap, got insurance cover from robbery and accidental or liquid dmg. Price is reasonable extra 40 per month.

it's very horrible.. once your phone accidentally drop, the screen and back will be cracked

Thats quite the norm no? But Im still hanging on my 7+ till the 8 comes out. Hopefully Apple comes up with some big improvements this round.

Chill, Apple always release something every year.
It's expected for such design. Even Ip7 face similar issue, just less prone to crack if dropped similar way.

Thinking of trying out iphone, jumping ship from andriod.

Currently considering buying outright with Apple store / or authorized dealer (epic or machines) without the hassle bundle with telco contract. And looking into iPhone 7Plus 128GB with cost RM 4,299, but what bothering me was thinking iPhone 8 could be release anytime soon expecting 3rd quarter of 2017, I assume it will arrive in Malaysia around December, if iPhone 8 (if they have plus version, bigger screen) also priced around the same (RM 4,299 +-) for same storage, then a bit of rugi getting ip7plus 128gb now.

Can iPhone sifu2 here advise me based on your experience, do you guys expect ip8 will priced around the same of above model? As I hope every penny I spend get the latest spec of iPhone experience. Should I wait? My current android phone still doing well, am not in rush of a new phone.

Yea i envy ios apps for their smoothness. Feel like android apps are left out sometimes

I so wish that I can have option to choose which telco to use, unfortunately for my needs only one telco satisfy my needs. With other telco although much much cheaper with extra gas but no use if no service 

Been there and done that. Contract got 4 months left with previous device, ip6+ and I was on 158 then I also downgrade to 128 plan and bought the ip7, after 12 months can get another phone, no issues with upgrading/downgrading, and best no penalty for me.

Wah. If we bought 2nd hand from celcom user. He din pay we jialat lo.
