i think luiz is given more creative role. 2 many midfield always over run, even Matic + Kante combo not enough, same like when we were against City. so luiz need go up front to support the mid, and play the creative role of long passes to the wings. his passes were great yday tho, despite lack his defensive focus

Conte seems like the coach that goes for well balanced players. Like Fabregas can do killer passes, but can't defend so try improve him in his deeper role. He did quite good vs City.
Kante good in the defensive midfielder, so want to improve his attacking and forward passes.
Matic seems like for me he want to make him a playmaker role like Fabregas because he alrdy quite suited for the defensive role. If he can turn Matic into that, he is more well rounded than Fabregas is... But seems like so far, not so good.

Either way, from my observation, Conte like well rounded, hard working players. Especially in the midfield when we are constantly outnumbered. Kante alone = 2 players lol
