I think Central Park is partially done, another lake still in the progress.

Anyone what is status for reserve forest just beside Gamuda Cove? is there any public hearing recently?

Just curious, is it a road from SKVE to Banting road which in the middle will connect to Gamuda Cove?

I ask SA before. 1 said it will connected another 1 said will NOT (not sure).
Actually this connection road is my biggest consideration since i'm working at Banting

I saw this maps in the newest gamuda land websites, maybe before not connect then now will be connected? Maybe show this maps to your SA and ask again ?

Existing already have a narrow kampung road which connected to Rimbayu.

Not sure they will upgrade or not.

As long developer pay for the tower then everything also can.

Then should be good sign about this developer. They spent so much on the infrastructure, including the telecommunication infra.
Some new project, even the 1st batch residences move in, they were facing no internet, weak phone signal...need to go out to car porch area to make phone call.

is a township with good planning than cyberjaya new developement

i've been charge progressive payment already.

I’m still didn’t being charge maybe because didn’t sign the snp yet..
