visit sales gallery last Saturday. I found Palma Sand unit available quite of numbers especially Type A (Areca), few corner unit still available. Coming CNY might have extra ang pau.

Would like to understand the selling point of this project. Seems price is 900k so expensive at this isolated leasehold terrace house. I could not think of any right now except near to KLIA. Anyone can share?
