I think ioi catered for low mid income group, to encourage the 1st wave of movers to the new Puchong. the 1st few licences granted to developers to develop Puchong was Puchong Jaya and Puchong Perdana. the entire Puchong Perdana was meant for low mid cost landed. 18x65 sold for (wait for it)…...rm59,900.00 nia.

Gamuda has already planned a leisure and entertainment area, and if can successfully develop the area it would attract people from surrounding areas. Currently there isnt something similar around there
