whichever part of Malaysia you're living at, go out and look more. my meeting with managers are in bahasa melayu, not English despite it's not a malay company. the cina clerk aunties speak local malay dialect too.

Having A for ur exam doesnt mean you're good at in practice .. according to your logic if a fresh grad got 3.5-4.00 CGPA then he must be good on his or her interviews/job but we all not that is not the case.

seems like you just conveniently choose to ignore the last two sentences. what were he saying? cina refused to learn and speak. spm A = learn. speak in meeting = speak. speak local dialect = that's even more than learn what is taught at school. it's learning and speaking local dialect.

think what you want la. i see what i see, hear what i hear and as long as my malay managers and malay colleagues and malay friends know what i speak. you are just someone who don't know me.

Mixing around with your department/company can hardly be called "socializing" ...

if you're a salesman or meeting people around for projects/jobs etc then yeah you can call that socializing..
