Hard to say, bcs don't really know how's the road there. But the car ady makan the opposite lane way before the entrance. Why not stop at the exact spot before turning.

The motor seems like speeding also, but again in video most of the time it looks different from what we see.

I hope both of the rider is okay

must give way to "straight road driver" if you're turning into other road at a junction.

obviously the vios driver fault for failing to judge the safe distance to cross the traffic.

vios largely at fault here. should have stopped and watch out for incoming traffic as he is turning. whereas the motor is travelling in a straight line thus he has right to continue. vios should have let the motor pass thru before turning in the entrance. and from what i see, the vios driver has his eyes only on the road to the entrance, failed to notice incoming motor.

the thing that u have to give explanation on simple thing like this really explains a lot why we have so many accidents,people cut Q, use emergency lanes, etc

Road Transport Act and Road Transport Rules indicates that the one travellong at straight road has priority over the road

x kesah. signal is to indicate intention, does not give you the right of way.

Even if u say kapcai salah coz x perasan Vios bagi signal, in the eyes of the law still Vios salah.

Motorcycle at fault. Langsung takde slow. In Malaysia, if the other party already halfway through, road rule says need to brake and give way.

Basic rule of driving. If you're turning right you got to stop and check the opposing lane for traffic before turning.

Doesn't matter you signal or not but still got to slow down or stop; only turn when traffic is clear or safe to turn.

Vios salah

But motorcycle also idiot rider. small roads ride fast, and then didn't even see the traffic in front? Can see the car give signal then prepare and slow down la, the motor still acts like bapa sendiri punya jalan. Even though it is his right of way but he didn't ride defensively.
