Everyone should exercise caution in these kind of junction. Both bike and car should've slown down

The Vios didn't bother stopping or least slow down before turning in.

Basic rule of driving. If you're turning right you got to stop and check the opposing lane for traffic before turning.

Doesn't matter you signal or not but still got to slow down or stop; only turn when traffic is clear or safe to turn.

Motorcycle at fault.  Langsung takde slow.  In Malaysia, if the other party already halfway through, road rule says need to brake and give way.

This is dangerous and reckless. Nobody pulls off an emergency brake like that on a straight stretch. You risk getting rear ended.

Understand this, even if the motorbike manage to brake, there is a high probability someone would rear end that bike.

Nobody pull off emergency braking like that on a straight stretch just to accomdate a turning car. You just risk yourself getting rear ended.

The proper way is to signal, slowdown or come to a complete halt and then turn when it's safe to do so.
